(Narrated by Muslim and others)Also narrated from Abu Sa'eed al-Khudri radi 'anhu, the Prophet sallallaahu' alaihi wasallam said,

أليس إذا حاضت لم تصل ولم تصم فذلك نقصان دينها

"Do not pray when they are not menstruating and not fast? That lack religion." (Narrated by Bukhari and others)

The scholars have agreed upon a 'Aisha, the necessity of make up' is not obligatory fasting and make up 'the prayer of women menstruation and childbirth. It's a form of affection and ease of Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'ala for both. Because the obligation of prayer repeated five times a day so mengqadha'nya into something heavy. While fasting is required once a year, the Ramadan fasting. Making up those 'it's not something that is too burdensome.

Make up 'Fasting is Mandatory  SoonMake up 'for reasons syar'i fasting not required immediately. Obligations may be made at any time there is a chance. It is based on the hadith 'Aisah radi' Anha, "I have a debt of Ramadan fasting, but I could not change except in Sha'ban." (Narrated by al-Bukhari and Muslim)Al-Haafiz Ibn Hajar said: "This hadith indicates the permissibility of delaying making up those fasts Ramadan, either because of udzur or not." (Fathul Baari: IV/191)It's just encouraged to hasten. It is based on the word of Allah Ta'ala,.

أولئك يسارعون في الخيرات وهم لها سابقون

"They hasten to gain merits, and they're the ones who get it soon." (Surat al-Mukminun: 61)Then, which of them are delaying making up those 'until the next Ramadan comes without udzur Syar'i, it shall repent to God for his error earlier. He is still required to make up 'after the fasting month of Shawwal. A group of scholars add that in addition to making up those he also feed a poor person for each day of fasting as ta'zir on negligence. Some others do not require it and mencukupkannya with shaum only. The second opinion is the madhab of Abu Hanifah and Ibn Hazm. (See Saheeh Sunnah Fiqh: III/173)"Which of them are delaying making up those 'till next Ramadan comes without udzur Syar'i, it shall repent to God for his error. This also applies to travelers and sick people who do not fast, if both mengakhirkan qadha until the next Ramadan without udzur Syar'i. If mengakhirkannya as an excuse syar'i then simply perform qadha fasting alone after coming from safarnya and recovered from his illness. Allaah the Exalted knows best. [PurWD / voa-islam.com]
